This course is for people planning to be a lifeguard at a swimming pool. It will include CPR for the professional rescuer, first aid training. Must be 15 years old by the end of the class.
All classes will be Saturday and Sunday and held at Foundation for Youth, 405 Hope Ave.
Students will need to bring their swim suits, towel and lunch to each class.

Ages 6 weeks-3 years - The objective is to help children become comfortable in and around water. A parent/trusted adult must accompany infants/toddlers. During Session 3, there is no class on Thursday, July 4.

Ages 3-5 years - This is a swimming readiness class. Students will explore water environment through games and play. During Session 3, there is no class on Thursday, July 4.

Ages 6 years+ - Intro to Water Skills - This class will help children feel comfortable in water and enjoy the water safely. During Session 3, there is no class on Thursday, July 4.

Minimum age is 6 years - Fundamental Aquatic Skills - Students will attain success with fundamental skills. During Session 3, there is no class on Thursday, July 4.
